Hi, i woke up this morning knowing I need some accountability, too. The scale was higher than I've seen it in a long time, my legs are rubbing together, and I am tired of that kind of discomfort.
I'm 28 and can't remember a moment of life when weight wasn't an issue. Here's to facing it head-on!
Hi, I am wanting to lose some weight for the new year and would pop onto this thread for support and encouragement with you. I want to drop a dress size or two. Not sure if the 2 is possible but I'll give it a good go. Im a uk size 14 on my top and a 12 on my bottom. Not sure of my current weight but I'll check that tomorrow on the wii. Although I'm more interested in the dress size and not the scales I'll keep track using the scales to see if the no's are going in the right direction. My plan is to simply stop eating the chocolate and processed food and get to the gym again. Hope to see you around here soon.
I'm a newbie here and wouldn't mind having a buddy. I always start but could never complete any great weight loss. I just want to be under 200 lbs before the new year.
Im a newbie too and would love some buddies as well. I would love to lose 10 punds by new years even, and would feel great if i could lose a dress size or two. I think that the inches reflect the weight lost so heres hoping
