Default 6 Weeks to Take Off – Holiday Chart Challenge!! Sign up Now

Since the “12 Weeks to Take Off” challenges have been going so well, I decided to start a smaller 6 week weight loss challenge for over the Holidays. The goal is to offer support and accountability during the “eating season.”

Think of posting your weight each week as a log for yourself, instead of competing in a challenge. If your goal is maintaining, that is fine. If only gaining 5 pounds would be a victory that’s fine also. If you’re in “diet ninja mode," knock yourself out. Everyone is welcome!!! This challenge will follow the same format as the 12 week ones, so check out that thread if you want more details.

Thanks,
Scarlett

Well, I'm there. I feel like I've failed over the last challenge, as of today I'm showing a 4lb gain. BUT I'm not giving up. So here goes...

I did great during the first 12 week challenge, but then dropped out of the 2nd one and got back up to 144 lbs. I'm back on the wagon and down to 141 lbs, hoping to lose another 2 or 3 before this challenge officially starts. My goal - actually weigh in each week, no matter the number.

Thanks for doing these challenges Scarlett, they're great!

Glad everyone is excited. I purposely am making us post the first weigh in the week after Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will help keep us US chicks accountable.

I am running a 5 mile turkey trot on the 19th then I'm doing another day-after-thanksgiving race on the 25th. I wont go food-coma crazy if I have to run the next day. Also it will get me out of the house and away from the leftovers.

I gained crazy weight during the Holidays last year. I told myself the diet starts January 1st and ate like I'd never see another cheese puff again. Posting my weight and doing this challenge will be a huge help. I wont be able to avoid the scale.

Paloma - welcome back!! Don't be too hard on yourself, as long as your back on the wagon it's all good.

I'm in! I feel like I need to be more active in these types of challenges... sometimes I feel like I use 3fc more like a therapy tool than a weight loss one.

I haven't weighed myself in about two weeks so I will be updating my weight tomorrow after I get ahold of a scale.

My goal is definitely to be in "diet ninja mode" lol.
