Default turkey burgers

So, the turkey burgers I purchased say 180calories at 122g(4oz). After I cook the turkey burger, it weighs in at only 68g. Does that mean I cooked some of the fat out and thus the calories, or would that burger still have the 180 calories.

It's the water and some of the fat gone from the cooked turkey burger. Nutritional information is usually for raw and still the same for cooked. 4oz cooked is not the same as 4oz raw- usually an oz or so can be lost after cooking. So still 180 calories, yes.
