Default Whoa!

Weight training is no joke!! I've been doing cardio and some light weights for the last 6 months or so. My weight hasn't really changed. In the last 4 weeks I've decided to max out the weights and have been increasing all my weights until I hit failure on each set.

Whoaaaaaaaa My back looks AMAZING. My weight is still the same but my body is changing is a million ways. I was worried about bulking up... but now I'm just excited to see some more results!

I have personally experienced this. High weights, low reps to muscle failure = hot bod. You won't bulk up unless you focus overly much on a single muscle group or take steroids.

And you might not lose much weight, but you will certainly lose fat.

You will not bulk up. Not possible unless you take drugs.
