Okay, currently doing BistroMD but giving serious consideration to going back to Diet To Go and using their Low Carb option.

I used Diet To Go from January - June when I had to cancel my order since I was going on vacation. Used NutriSystem, but that didn't work for me. Now on BistroMD, but the shipping costs are terribly expensive. Overall, the food is good, though.

But for those of you who are using Diet To Go, do you like the low carb plan? Have you had any success with it?

I liked the LC DTG meals a lot. There were a few that I didn't care for and substituted those with ones I did like. If you eat just the LC DTG meals, you will lose weight. I wasn't hungry at all after the first few days.

I used DTG for a couple months and then switched over to Atkins and now do Primal Blueprint in Maintenance.

I really enjoyed the low carb plan of Diet to go. The breakfasts are much better than the low fat plan and more filling. Lost a good amt on diet to go.
