Is that your son in the first picture? He is a handsome boy.

And you are so right about finding those before pictures. If I couldn't get out of being in them, I'd stick one of my kids in front of me. If I was sitting on the couch, the magic hide-my-fat-belly pillow would do the trick in a pinch. Funny how we think doing these things will make others looking at the picture and not notice that we have a weight problem. LOL

Did you lose your weight mainly by changing eating habits or mainly by exercise?

Yes, that is my youngest son that I am holding. He did tend to by my tummy-hider!

I believe I lost 90% of my weight from clean-eating and low-calorie. I did workout a lot, which definately helped me tone up, but I don't necessarily think the workouts made me "lose weight".
