Default Expertise Needed

I need "whatever" to motivate myself to exercise.

When I do it I love it, but seem to be stuck at the moment.

I know you must have some good advice, tricks, threats - "whatever" it takes.

Have you thought about joining a gym? I was really unmotivated, but my mom and I joined Curves...and I am SO motivated now! It's been 6 weeks and I haven't found myself slowing down at all...in the first month, I lose 13.25 inches and 3 lbs....THAT'S motivation!

What about finding a friend to walk with?

Where do you live?

It must have helped to have posted here because last night I did walk 4 miles. I feel great today.

I have thought about Curves - the thing is I live on a farm and have so much work during this time of the year that I was trying not to add yet another "thing" to do. I do need to get more upper body strenghth. How often do you go? Is 30 min enough time to get a good workout?
