While I was losing my bulk weight, I was doing cardio. That was it. My body did not look the way I thought it would though! So, I got my butt in gear and did the BeachBody
Insanity workout. That was all well and good, but I still didn't have the body I wanted. So, I did some research and found an awesome strenght training routine that knocked my body into awesome shape. My legs, arms, butt, stomach.....Everything. I swear by this routine.....when you have more muscle, you burn more by doing nothing.
