Default 10%!!! 23lb Down w/ Pics
Hi all! I just reached my 2nd mini-goal, 10% (my first was 10lb)! I certainly feel a difference in how my clothes fit and (this is an odd one) when I lay on my side my hips don't feel as big. I wish I had moved the phone over in the before picture so I could see my face more, but who knows, maybe I was trying to hide my other chin behind it .

I started 7/27/11 at 232





Today 10/20/11 I reached 208 (a little over 10%). I am so glad I made the decision to make some changes in my life for the better!

I'm wearing the same brand and size of shirt (just a different color) in this photo and I think it looks a bit looser than in the first one.



This is a shirt I found closet shopping that I haven't worn since February 2010.



Here's to the next 10%

You are doing great!! I can definitely see the difference between the pictures. I am trying to lose weight with my Mom, and she is probably around your starting weight (she won't tell me her exact weight), but I can see her stomach come down already. Same with you. You look AWESOME!! Keep it up.

Way to go, Missy!!! You look wonderful, and I definitely see a good change in each picture.

Coincidentally, we started to diet around the same time (July 25th for me) at amost the same starting weights and have lost almost the same amount. I think that's pretty cool!
