Place veggies of choice and noodles in a bowl together.
Using a Wok or saute’ skillet, saute’ meat of choice 1st for a few seconds, then add bowl of veggies/noodles. Add ½ cup reduced sodium chicken broth or water. Cover and cook 2 minutes on high. Add sauce of choice. Cover and cook about 5 min or until veggies are of desired tenderness.
**Prepared Miracle Noodles
Open package and place in colander. Rinse with cold water. Cover with ice water for 2 min. Drain. Boil noodles for 5 min. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
