Default NSV with running

Soo....I set out to do 3 or four miles. But, I am going home to KY soon so I think today was my last weekend to do a 'longish' run in Arizona. But, I got about 3 miles out and felt so good I went another mile and a half, and by the time I got home, I had run 9 miles! 9 is such a far cry from my starting point, where I could barely even run 30 seconds without stopping to suck air. I have lost a considerable amount of weight, but I am far more impressed with my exercise/athletic goals. I also have been keeping up with my kettlebells, but just for strength purposes and I know I have gotten stronger. But, after seven months and a day, I started at what I consider the lowest of the low in physical condition and now I have done this! Anyway, I just wanted to brag a little.
