Weigh In: down 2!!
Exercised: 6 times
New recipe: Cauliflower poppers, steel cut banana nut oatmeal, cinnamon popcorn
Checked in and posted on 3FC almost every day
Journaled each day & drank my water

This week I exercised 6 times and one of those days was my 11 mile run. I ate every point I could get my hands on lol. I ate all my dailies, all my weeklies and all my AP points. I'm going to try that again this week and see if I continue to lose, last week I didn't eat them all and I gained we'll see I suppose
