Hello I contacted a personal trainer on kijiji and I told him my goals (weight loss and some muscle) and he told me to do this weekly. I would like your opinion also.
Monday -- Chest and triceps(4-5 exercises each with 3 sets of 12 each)
Tuesday -- Cardio 30 minutes
Wednesday -- Legs and shoulders(4-5 exercises each with 3 sets of 12 each)
Thursday -- cardio 30 minutes
Friday -- Back and biceps(4-5 exercises each with 3 sets of 12 each)
And to eat a meal with 25-30 grams of protein with-in 1 hour of finishing the weight lifting.
I'm not a trainer by any means, but it looks good to me. My one piece of advice is to add some carbs to that post workout. I read that from a Paleo eating site. I hope it's correct. My trainer says to eat a simple, small meal with either no or small amount of fat.
