Default I know it ain't much...

I am estatic today! Why? After working out daily and completely changing my eating habits, I am proud to say that I have finally gotten out of my weird plateau of 180lbs. After beginning to count calories and exercise, I felt a difference but never saw it on the scale. I even shot up to 185!! I kept at it and today the scale showed 178. I know it's only 2lbs but I am happy nontheless!

I plan to start hitting the gym tomorrow so hopefully I can start seeing a real difference! Thank you to all of those that have attained your goal! You guys are my motivation!

God bless,
Dee

Thank you! Even though the scale doesn't show much of a difference... I can definitely FEEL it in the way my clothes fit! I'm gaining definition on my stomach! No more double belly for me soon!

Two pounds is a great loss--especially after going through a plateau! Congrats for sticking it out and working hard!! The loss really shows your motivation to meet your goals!
