So I hit a plateau the last 3 weeks. Watched my diet carefully, exercised, nothing worked. I kep going between 208.8 to 210 to 211 back down to 208, then 207 (ONCE) then back up to 210 AHHHHH It was driving me MENTAL!
I finally said enough! Joined a gym last week, got a personal trainer to get me through that wall and well.........
Yesterday and today I weighed in at 206.8!!! FINALLY!!!!!!! Really feeling a difference now that I've changed my exercise to strength training (Man those planks are killers!) I really wanted to be down to Onederland by now but at least the scale is moving again!!!
