Default Not defeated but gritting my teeth"

Such a shame to have joined the forums just a week ago, reaching my mini-goals and then come down with a cold! I figured ... okay, three or four days then back to the dancemat, treadmill etc. That would have been yesterday and I looked forward to getting back into it, even though I am not the most enthusiastic exerciser, simply because it is bearing fruit.

Instead I have a chestful of bricks and a cough that keeps me up at night.

Okay, I know all I need is patience, give it a week, keep up those honey and cider vinegar drinks, take it easy and then I resume the regime.

But it makes me grit my teeth in frustration.

I did not torment myself by weighing myself this weigh-day. I will do it after I get back to exercising.

On the plus side, and for me it is a big plus, I am so pleased I am feeling so darned positive about resuming exercise. I think I have that one cracked!

Sinoia! Congrats on reaching your first mini goal in only one week. Before you know it, your cold will let up a bit, and you can do your exercises. Just hang in there.
