I eat a lot of frozen meals as part of my calorie counting. I almost always have one for lunch, and sometimes another one for dinner along with some veggies or another side just to fill it out a bit more as I get hungrier in the afternoon/evenings around dinner. Depending on which brands and such that you like it could be viable to do your own version of this much cheaper than doing an actual diet delivery sort of system. There's not enough variety out there in terms of meals for me to eat them more than once a day, but I definitely advocate trying Lean Cuisine above all other brands if you can
