Default Can I come back? I hate feeling the way I do now.

Almost 3 years ago I lost the most weight I've ever lost- 35 lbs. I felt SO MUCH BETTER than I do now even though I was still quite overweight. I promised myself that even if I didn't lose more, I would maintain. And I did for about a year. Then I got super busy and the habits started falling away...

As you can guess, I have now regained 34 of the 35 lbs. I could go on but you get the idea. It was really hard for me to log in because I know when I post this and look at the siggy line it will have my OLD weight there.

I don't feel like getting started again but I feel even less like being where I'm at. The good news is that I do know WHAT to do, I have succeed before with a sensible diet and exercise, I just need some inspiration to help me do it. Can I come back?

You did it once, you can do it again! Just get back on track and figure out what's going to work best for you this time around. NOW is the BEST time to come back! I wish you all the best.

Have you made it back?
I am struggling as well. I went from the heaviest I ever was - maybe 215 or so to 172, the skinniest in my adult life. Now I believe I am around 180 again, depressed, and somehow unable to get back on track.

(I stopped losing weight around the end of November last year - ARHGHGHGH)

But I am looking for more inspiration here!

So how is it going?!

The GREAT thing is that you came back before gaining way more weight.

Get back on track--you know how to do it--and keep checking in here with us. We know what it's like to backslide.

You can and will do it. In fact, the minute you decide you need to lose that weight and vow to get back on your old plan, you are in control again. Presto, you will lose that sad state of mind you are in and regain the sense of pride and achievement that you remember having before.

You say that you got too busy.... Well, you have to make YOU your priority!

All the best--we're cheering for you.
