Wink So.. its been a while.
Hey all Idk if any of you remember me lol but its been a while since i've posted. I've moved several times, and im in the process of moving again. There's been so much stress that, i hate to say it, i HAVE NOT been watching my weight and im sure I am back up to over 300lbs. I will weigh myself soon and update everyone. I officially move on the 16th and I plan on returning to my gym the following day where I will weigh and all that.

I was doing pretty good for a while so i know i can get back on track with a little help and guidance from my fellow 3FC'ers. Also, im looking for a messenger buddy! Any messenger, i will download it. I would love to have a buddy who's online a lot and who I can instant message when things start going downhill.

Anyhoo, feels great to be back!

moving is a total weight loss killer. i experienced the same thing during my move. Its like, how can you possibly be thinking about weight amidst all the chaos! lol

Welcome back! I have also been away and fell off the wagon. Had to buy a new car, got married, started looking at houses, got promoted. been WAY too busy celebrating and WAY slacking on watching what I eat. But we can do it! We can over come this battle!
