Default winsor pilates

Hi all,

I bought the winsor pilates videos last weekend, but only tried them once. Boy am I so not flexible. I couldn't do the sit ups part at all. I am for sure intimidated by the videos. Does it get better?

On the infomercial it gave overweight women's testimonials...but I don't see how they did it. It does look like it targets abs, butt adn thighs..which is good and I wanted something where I didn't have to jump around in my UPSTAIRS apt. or use weights ( i have osteoarthritis in my hands). I was hoping this would be the dream exercise for me. Now I don't know.
