I have a 6-week weight loss challenge at my work (with some really great prizes) and I'm also on WW.

I was wondering what's the most any of you have lost on WW in a 6 week period?

During my first stint on WW I lost 14lbs in 6 weeks. The last winner of our at work weight loss challenge lost 3.5% of their weight. I think I can beat that.

Over the first 6 weeks I did WW, I lost about 13 lbs, so that would be a little more than 6% of my weight, if I did the math correctly.


I am still losing about 1.5 - 2 lbs each week, and I am at week 13 or 14 now. My goal was to be below 170 by the time we go to Hawaii in November, but I might make my goal to be 165 by then, depending on how the next couple of weeks go.

My first 6 weeks I lost 12.4# which was 4.7%.
