I find out of all the video's I bought from Jillian they all seem to be pretty much the same. I have to say I am not going to be buying this one. I've wasted too much money on DVD that I don't use.

I'm planning to get this once I get through Ripped in 30 for two months and Six Week 6 Pack. I didn't think I would ever be such a JM fan but I find her videos really motivating and the right level of girliness without going over the top!

I got it this one looks like a killer. The assitants are the same girls frm 30 day shred. There is sum crazy things on this dvd. I'm guna start it Monday and see how it goes.

Aw man I was hoping Baashera was in it! I find her the most inspirational.

Is it a 3-2-1 format like 30DS, a mix of cardio and strength like 6W6P, or all strength type exercises a la NMTZ?

Its a mixture cardio and of course u can use ur weights 2 make things harder if ur advanced. There r 4 circuits each lv and of course the warm up and cool down.

I just got this one, tried it last night... it's awesome! I had planned to do 30 day shred after so I had a longer workout... but realized that Killer Buns and Thighs was enough for one night! whoa. Maybe in a week or two i'll be able to do both
