Pretty much what everyone has said already!

Dust myself off. Take a deep breath. Charge on forward starting with a healthy breakfast, or time working out.

I'd immediately jump on 3FC and be accountable. Express some frustration. And then... let it go.

Just follow my healthy plans as normal.
