I hope to be in here with you soon! I've been following you down the decades, it seems. One of the bands we saw today (well, Saturday) at the Jazz and Blues fest was from Pittsburgh. Mahajibee Blues Band. They were fantastic. Have you ever seen them? If you have a chance, take it!

Edited to add - the 160's seem like a magical place to me - it's the last decade before my goal decade. And when I hit 159, I am no longer overweight, just at the very top of the normal range for my height.
I was stuck in the 170s for what seemed like an eternity!! I had lost quite a bit of weight up to that point and my body just wasn't having it lol. I FINALLY broke the 170s about 2 months ago and I was 164.2!! So I'm more than halfway to being out of the 160s for good! I switched up my diet and workout routine and it's working like a charm right now. The lbs seem to be dropping again like they used to, but I'm just hoping it doesn't slow down again right before I'm out of the 160s and into the 150s!!!
P.S. I want to be in the 150s by September 3rd when I leave for vacation to see some friends I haven't seen in forever! I want them to be surprised lol.
Just left the 170's and hoping not to be here too long, either. (No offense) It takes me FOREVER to lose weight. I have the metabolism of a 110 year old woman on bed rest; and no, I am not kidding. I crunched the numbers in FitDay and that's what the software tells me. Sad.
Okay people. You can do it. Know this soon you will be at your goal weight, just keep swimming. LOL. It's possible. So im 163 and hope to be in the 150s pretty soon.
164 ~ I am now in the healthy weight range.
I am hoping the scale keeps on moving and I get into the 150s soon. I cannot believe I am working my way to the 150s!
I'm at 165.8 today. I haven't actually, but I feel like I have been in the 160s forever. I have been in them before, last year, and then regained, so that may be it. I'm almost down to my all time adult low of 165.4. I am hoping to hit that before the month is over and then see the 150s next month.
