Does anyone know how a skipped TOM affects their weight?

You have done very well on your weight loss.
TOM is just a temporary weight loss. You are just losing fluid that your body was retaining. The fluid builds up the next month. It's nice to see that whoosh, but it's not the same as true permanant fat loss. It's good that you lost most of your weight before you went through menopause, because weight loss gets more difficult. Not because of the lack of TOM, but because of the change in your hormones.
I had a tubal ligation, but when I was going through perimenopause I still did a few home pregnancy tests because it made me very nervous when I was late! LOL
