I really need some advice and a little support. Five years ago I lost 70 pounds. The moment I started gaining was when someone mentioned I was difficult to dine out with due to my restrictions. I've gained 30 pounds back and I feel like a failure. I have thyroid disease and now I'm in menopause and not much works anymore. I used Weight Watchers to lose the 70 and kept it off for five years. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed.:wave:
