Exercise last night at 10pm - Treadmill, incline 1.0, combo walking / light jogging intervals. 1 hour 250 calories (want to add strength training and possibly less cardio and more strength for a one hour workout) Total water yesterday: 64 oz. Working to keep getting that number up Total ACV = 4 tablespoons (2 shots at different times of day) Green Juice / Red Juice = 1X each yesterday (goal is 2X each in one day) Weigh In this morning: 149.2 Small loss overall, and LOTS of work thus far, but I will take it! The more I add exercise the better for sure. I can tell my metabolism needs a rev up! I'm excited about what this next week holds. As I feel like I'm on the cusp of really seeing some results the more exercise/strength training I add. 10/27 DAY SIX Breakfast: pita/turkey sausage / egg white 1 cup coffee w/ 1/4 cup milk, agave nectar for sweetener 24 oz water w/ lemon 1 cup green juice More later! Exercise will be tonight again. Hoping to work in mornings, but kid school days are hard. |

I read your initial writing,we are similar in the fact that I am very driven and have felt successful in all areas of my life except for my love/hate realationship with food,I too was bulimic at one point in my life til I got pregnant with my daughter at age 27,she saved me in many ways. I am at my rock bottom weight of 175lbs and am 45 in full menopause so I have that stacked against me. I have never gone this long ,2 months, without some kind odf intense exercise. I did a 50 k trail run 3 yrs ago,I was training this summer to do another one inoct but fell on trails and split my knee wide open and got a bad infection and since then I have been sluggish and the weight has packed on.I want 20lbs gone yesterday.thanks for sharing your story |
