Water weight in belly
Anyone else experiencing this?
47yoF with history of full hysterectomy. I believe I'm hitting menopause w/o hot flashes. *Maybe sluggish thyroid. I've gained back 35-45# in almost 3 yrs since my surgery. Trouble that concerns me most, it feels like water. Maybe 30#s all in my gut! Has anyone had this too? I'm trying to incorporate my weight training and fitness again. Due to not being on HRT currently, I have way less energy too. I've started a few herb supplements to help ith my hormones, maybe this will help. If you have experience with this, pls reply. |
I wish I had some words of advice- have you seen a doctor about that? I'm just curious what the doctor said?

Thanks for your reply.
No, I'm not too enthusiastic to see an physician. All they want to do is write scripts and I'm not looking for drugs, :/ It comes and goes. I think it's a slow metabolism after my hysterectomy. It'smuch better today. If it stayed consistently I'd worry it was my heart. That can be a heart problem indication. This has been going on since I caught my weight above 183.Hopefully once it's under 180 again (8#s from here) it will cease. I wondered if it was common. |
