Hi Sassy and welcome- do you mean you're trying weight loss for the first time, or...? You'll get lots of input, more than likely. There's forum categories for pretty much every style of weight loss and for general questions- you'll get better responses if you post some detailed info about yourself and your goals in one of those categories because more people will see it then.
