So who started their morning out on the right foot this morning? Who did their morning exercises or run or what ever you do? Who started their day out eating right or at least meal planned for the day? Who made their good morning a great morning and who is going to rock this day?
Friday was a great day. I got back to my exercising after being in a funk for about 2 weeks and I prepared all my food for the day and rocked it. Dod good over the weekend too but caught a cold and started feeling real crappy last night and did not exercise this morning.
Hopefully this year's cold/flu season will pass through this month and spring will make everything better. Don't be hard on yourself not exercising with a cold, it's really hard to work out when sick.
