Where do you get your fit on?
Where do you exercise? Do you go to a gym? Do you work out at home? If so, do you have a designated area like a spare room? Do you exercise outdoors?

At home. I have a spin bike that i do every morning before work. Occassionally i do a little yoga in the evenings. I have a toddler, so its something we can do together (you should see his little diaper butted downward dog!)

I used to go to the gym, and I liked the environment. I was a gym rat for years. But then I got a 90 day workout program for home and got better results in 90 days from that then I ever did at the gym despite working hard. So I dropped the gym membership. Now I do walks/hikes outside, and inside I do various workout programs. I recently signed up for an on demand service where I have my pick of many different workout programs. I've been doing 2-3 of them a day (the ones I've selected so far are short, just 1/2 hour long, so stacking them isn't a big deal). I'm really enjoying the variety. I am hoping that I'll see a real fitness improvement by summer.

I work out at home. My 18 year old moved out last summer so we have a spare room. I have a treadmill, bowflex and tv for Zumba DVD's.
