Does anyone meal prep for the week? If so, what did you prep for this week?

i made 8 litres of chicken and veg soup.
i wont eat it all this week but will freeze loads of it. This coming weekend ill make a huge chilli and freeze most of it.

Hmmmm they both sound so good. I always plan in my mind to prep for the week, but rarely do. I do low carb and eat a lot of eggs so I boil 12-15 eggs every Sunday for the week.
