Week 3
 
Ok I have reached my 3rd weigh in, and I have consistently lost 1 pound a week. At 220 now and hope to step it up a little. Still only 1 pd a week but dont want my body to not get toned too.

I unfortunately am having to start again. But I have mantained 221 -225. So heres to a new journey.

Well this week I'm thinking yup
Starting over well restarting this weight loss journey
Going from where I am to where I want to be
Need to start working out how I can work out more - foods getting dodgy too so need to plan
Let's do this and make it happen

Karen good to see you. Yes it's time to start again. Why not join the 5lb group like I did. You can start anytime. Just 5lbs at a time. Good way to keep track of a small amount and make sure your moving forward at a pace not to slow. 5 lbs a month is about as slow asI'll take it. Lol. But might e 5 lbs every 2 weeks. Come do it with me. :)
