I really want to get to 180 and am feeling "Stuck" at 185. No matter how hard i try working out an 1 hr workout session per night or in eating all my veggies or not snacking too much all day my weight : tantrum::spamm er::yo ga: budging. I just recently was able to recover from missed periods 3 months in a row from the Summer. Then again missed 2 months in a row after finally getting my periods back. Last period was a tad late but definitely had 1 this month and last month too. I hate them though, and really try to cut my fat as that seems to delay my menses-periods and even prevent me from experiencing them usually. the months my binging has increased more are the months in which i actually only had my periods. I find this correlation of my missed and delayed periods quite interesting and enjoy flirting with mother nature in seeing how much "Total Control" i can possess in Preventing them from coming back. I feel great being in Total Control over my missed periods though.

Aww, sorry your feeling so stuck!
You've done so well! Maybe you need to change up your exercise routine? (try something a little different? pilates, kick boxing, skipping rope?)
