Worked Late Today and No Gym
 
felt guilty so I ate a lite dinner. Then had a jello snack later. So tired , its end of my work week and I will definitely deserve my weekend. I do plan to bake cookies and cupcakes to donate to my co-workers come Monday.

It makes me feel happy when I can bake things for others , and they enjoy the baked goodies which i have made w/ TLC for them.

I feel like ordering, and devouring 5 thick crust veggy w/ chicken pizzas though. This appetite from **** is the most challenging obstacle while on a diet to drop 40 Lbs ASAP too.......

Gotta catch up on my lost days Not exercising this week. Got my period back to.

It was delayed for 2 months, then last month irregular and this month again really irregular, moderately early too ??? Weight's down 2 Lbs, yey.....But my tummy or abs are a joke still.....

You are doing great on your weight loss! Are you following a specific plan?
