Motivation issues

HI. I'm new to this site, but I've been doing IP for about 2 months. I'm getting very close to my weight loss goal, but I'm really struggling with motivation. I'm starting to think about food all the time - planning cheat meals. It's all I can do to not cheat. How do I stay motivated to finish Phase 1? How do I learn to think about food in a healthy way?

Congrats on your loss! I do not know anything much abut IP but if it is a very strict plan, maybe your obsessing over food because you have been so restrictive for so long. Sometimes, allowing a yourself a small treat when you are craving it is a good thing to help you keep from going crazy one you do reach your goal weight.
Try giving yourself one cheat treat once in a while and see if that helps your obsession with food. Make sure you set yourself up with a solid maintenance plan. This is where I have failed in the past. I reached my goal and did not have a good maintenance plan to follow so the weight started coming back on.
Best of luck and Congrats on your loss!
