Hi all....I am new here and would love to connect with others going through similar life changes :)

Small bio:

I have a 24 yr old daughter a 16 yr old daughter (previous marriage) and a 4 yr old son with present hubby......I am 49 turning 50 this year....My hubby is a few years younger......I was 128 lbs when I met him 7 years ago...... I don't even want to weigh myself right now but suspect I am around 185....I just started a diet and I am doing fine I just feel my body has turned a corner and it just doesn't want to lose weight but is happy to gain it
:(.....That and all the hormones going wiry.... lol.... I did have a blast of fertility treatments which started all this weight gain in the first place. Every time I go to the Dr for suspected problems (hormones/Thyroid).... comes up that I am healthy as a horse.....except I feel 90 all the time lol Would love a miracle pill right now ;)

So many of us in this age group can relate to the special problems with our hormones, because GAAAAAH, what the heck is happening to us, right?!?! Trying hard not to hate those little suckers, but wow, it is a special kind of torture!
