No More Falling Back In Fall
 

Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to say I'm back after an approximate 3 week break of posting and or caring about my weight. I kind of lost it. My work/vacation was great although I had moments of feeling very self conscious in a bikini....I worked out on vacation in the hotel gym , made good choices although I did eat alot ...and drank alot of water...I didn't gain any weight on my trip , in fact I lost a lb! what a great feeling....when i got back i went into a hard time between court with ex, my son leaving for college and hearing about a friends cancer that is not going to get better (stage four, no cure) ....went into my dark scary place, stopped working out or eating well and so my weight is up again...oh well...here we go again. Getting a grip on things........if anyone is up for a new Fall challenge i'm there with bells on, maybe we can make a goal date Columbus day ? or Halloween? Give a holla and let me know.....

I am up for a Halloween challenge Zumba! 226.4 here with want to be below 210 by Halloween!
