Injuries - if I have to stop exercising for a while, I don't start again right away and have a heck of a time getting back into it. |
Not planning meals ahead of time and problems with my feet that keep me from walking at any pace above a stroll.

My 2 current weaknesses:
Just recently began learning how to follow recipes and cooking videos on the You Tube web site. I enjoy learning to cook but sometimes I eat a bit much if no one else does as I don't like to waste food. :dizzy:
Also I crave chocolate during PMS, dark chocolate Raisinets are my favz. :mad::( I fear that I am drinking so much water daily that I am also retaining water and this really scares me and so I have also began increasing my use of OTC water pills(Diurex type, :hug::p). |
