Hi there, Ladies! It's been years since I've been here. Let's just say I reached my goal weight and stayed there quite nicely for a long time... and then I got pregnant. That's when the wheels fell off for me.

So here I go again. I'm starting over at 183.4 () as of this morning and I came here for some good old fashioned accountability. This journey is so much more enjoyable when you're plugged into a good support system.

So far so good today. I know with this much weight to lose (I'm 5'5 and should be around 130-ish) I need to pace myself and not do the crash diet thing. I'm hoping for a pound lost by tomorrow morning.
