Hi All,

I haven't been here for quite some time. I fell back into old habits and let food become my best, and at times my only, friend. I have been struggling with my weight and weight loss by myself for some time now. I tend to isolate and let food be my companion and of course that causes serious weight gain for me. I remembered this forum and how much it helped me before so...HERE I AM I look forward to reading over several years of posts and getting to know you guys.

Welcome back, Linda! Lots of us have come and gone and come and gone and come back again! Having some place to check in at is great. And reading about how other people struggle with the same things is so helpful in my opinion!
