Great choices everyone!
I think Zumba looks super fun! I've done a couple of the zumba classes on youtube and enjoyed them.
My good decision: I walked the dogs even though I had a migraine at 3 a.m. It was sunny and hot by the time I was well enough to get outside with the dogs, which isn't great for my head, but it definitely made my back feel better. Tradeoffs.

This is for yesterday.
I was having a bad day, already ate most of my calories for the day in taco chips... and I almost went back for more but I threw them out. Hoping today is better.

Good job df180 -- getting rid of those taco chips sounds like it was the right thing to do!
Abbi -- Yippeeee!
Keli - So you did extra running, whoo hoo! Go you!
Today's good decision: I finally ate that apple that has been lurking in the back of the fridge for months. Only had to cut out one brown spot, and it was still good! Thrifty food use for the win!

Abbi - sugar withdrawals are seriously the pits, hang in there, you can do it!
My good decision:
After a very rough couple of nights, I got up this morning in a complete state of Bagel Rationalization. For various poor-me reasons, I was SURE I absolutely DESERVED a giant deli bagel with buttah and peanut butter and salt. Actually I was sure I deserved two. However, I managed to talk myself down off that ledge and eat a normal healthy (and tasty) breakfast and now I feel fine and so happy I didn't stuff myself.

Got gluten/food poisoning or stomache flu. Ugh. Reset mode now and will weigh in the morning. Sugar withdrawals are awful. Uggggh

1 good choice I made today was to avoid the sun
I paid all my bills, and must go p/u stamps, and more protein shakes and bars while out doing the first endeavor. However, I will wait until it cools down a bit. Too hot right now.
This CA weather is for the oceanic society, and all the people out there enjoying the beautiful beaches and aquatic sports like water slides and theme parks, which I never seem to go to anymore.
To many people actually make me sick. Not sure if its the # of people and germs or the social anxiety. But for now, I have NO escort to bring me out in public to enjoy these pleasures. Therefore, I avoid them as I don't drive to far on freeways as it strains both my nerves as well as my eyes too.....
Just never know when your gonna go some where and Not have a place to Return to???

Today I woke up and wanted to binge... but didn't.
Almost binged and had a bunch of frozen crap for dinner... but I was watching a weight loss vlogger on youtube, went and watched one of her old videoes of her showing her stomach, and talking about it, and it really hit home.
Didn't have a lot of grocerys in the house but I ate some green peppers, half a cooked potato & some dragon fruit instead of what sounded good, and what was comforting.

Great job Mrs Snark!
Planning on starting week 4 of c25k today, meeting DH at the rail trail, so if not the jog today will get in a good brisk walk!
Best to all

Thanks for this....I do a lot of strength at home, but wanted some fun cardio and didn't even think about zumba on youtube.
