HI all...my eating has been beyond horrible and I'm way above any weight i have been before , never mind my chicken dance goal...(That isn't happening). Im sitting here this morning trying to figure out what exactly is going on with me, physically and /or emotionally. I have no clue. Shannonsnail i like your idea of a restart day....

CATTAILS...hmmmm......lemme think.....as far as my body goes I can't really think about anything that I really like....I've been told that i have a small waistline and no matter how much weight I gain I am an hourglass because of it....so Im gong to say my waist..my oblique muscles to be exact.

SNARK I like your idea of a big healthy salad today

Hi Michelle

Thanks Cattails, you're the sweetest Glad you got a good laugh , the big mouth of the ice cream and cake spoke to me last night ... ha, the laugh is on me if the scale keeps going up, smh.

Ok well Saturday (see picture) I would have said my body period is pretty amazing to me, not great but much better than before but now I'm nice and round

Rennie nice pic girlfriend!

I lost a two lbs yesterday in bloat. I didn't binge and kept my calories at a low level. Today I am working out on my own and keeping my calories super low....im reading the book The Fast Diet and decided to give it a try since I've been failing all year with low carb.

I also have weeds to pull around the pool area. It is looking very ghetto back there.....eventually i'll be buying mulch and putting it around...

Thanks Zumba, good job on the two pounds

I ate better yesterday also, no bread-ie carbs and the scale is down 2.8 in water weight. I am hoping to do better today.

Ending the chicken challenge at 165.2 not where I expected at all.

Wow, Rennie - you look fantastic! AND you did not only maintain but lost some since the beginning of this challenge, that's terrific!

Zumba, nice that 2 lbs. went bye-bye. What is the Fast Diet like? I think it's good to stay fluid and open to trying new things. Nothing stays static; what works today may not tomorrow for any of us, so kudos for doing something different.

And more to everyone who joined in here, no matter where you are right now. Don't forget, the only rule of this challenge was that today you MUST DANCE LIKE A CHICKEN!! Plug in the Chicken Dance song and get moving, y'all!

As for me, I just barely met my challenge of staying under 120 - this is my third day of weighing in at 119, aack. Not sure why, maybe my sodium intake has caught up to me, or my exercise has just not been enough, or the little extra nibbles here and there are finally making a difference. I'm going to make a few tweaks. One is incorporating green tea into my daily life; it has so many health benefits and I really ought to take advantage of that. The second is I'm not going to log into MFP with my food all the time like I have been the past three months - it's become kind of a crutch and I think I need to rely on my own food cues more, like I did throughout the losing portion of this journey.

I love this group we have here - we've been virtually hanging out together for a good 6 months or so. It seems like we might be a bit fatigued right now - do you chicks want to take a short break and just have a chat and/or accountability thread? Or does anybody want to start another challenge? Either way is fine by me!

Off to go dance like a chicken now!

Yay Abbi! Ok you seriously need to change your user name!!

Cattails, I just bought some green tea tonight. The famous Ian says it helps him "go" and I am having serious constipation issues! Oh, and I was late to the party so I'm good for whatever since I was only here a month maybe. We could do a shorter challenge, like til Labor Day, or just chatting works for me too!

what a long arse day!! it was so stressful , all i did was run run run.....nothing like having to buy a kid concert clothes an hour before he needs to be at school for the concert.....thank goodness for Kohl's.

On a positive note today was my first fast day on the Fast Diet....It wasn't easy but it wasn't as hard as i thought either...so i'm pleased...can't wait to see what i weigh tomorrow. No workout for me today though It was way too busy a day....
