Well i ended this challenge at 149...so technically have gained weight. It was a rough month for me......

Totally blew this challenge. Say no more. Moving on.

My weigh in is Friday so as I was 205.2 last Friday I am guessing I hit it. 3 days completed on my 12 week slim down regimen. First time other than being sick I have maintained under 1300 calories a day. Totally not hungry either. He wants me to be round 110gms protein. 135 gm carbs 35 grams fat. My shoulders are sore from yesterday's shoulder chest weightlift. Tomorrow is back/abdominals.
Will do personals tomorrow. |
Vacation March 11-18, and I gained a lb. No goal met DAMN LOLOL
