    I started here last month
    been at a plateau since Feb at a 50 lb loss
    and since joining here I'm done almost 9lbs
    I turned 40 last April

    I'm using myfitpal to calorie count and it seems to be spot on. I had a 4500 cal deficit and so I lost just over a pound.

  • I'm just starting, but I love this idea!

    Today's weigh in was 162. Here's to a downward trend...
