  • 1/2/2014 ... 156.0 Here we start the New Year. A Bit of damage from Holiday goodies.
    1/8/2014 ... 155.0 A teeny whoosh. I am walking more than running, but doing it regularly.
    1/23/2014 ... 157.0 Weight inching up. Plain and simple, I eat too much, love my 2nd helpings.
    2/1/2014 ... 157.0 Winter is not my friend. Cabin fever. Winter sports not part of my life right now.

    I am feeling very focused lately. Doing my stair machine 30 mins daily, faithfully. I also have made slight goal adjustment. NSV-be able to wear jeans on my hips with no muffin top. Weight goal: 115 (this has changed many times in 4 yrs).

  • Hi all, I hope you don't mind another new face (Old 3fc member that fell off the wagon lol) Tracking on MFP, bought a fitbit to see my activity, upped my walking and try to do 30 mins of exercise on a wii a day. I'm finding it harder this time round.
