Default Not quite 40 yet....can I join you?
Hello all! I just found 3 Fat Chicks today and have been looking around the boards trying to find some good groups and I happened upon this one. I will admit I'm not yet 40--that's coming in September, but can I still join in the fun here?

A little intro: My name is Melinda and I'm a 39 year old SAHM in Oregon. I've been doing WW off and on since 2000, but I've allowed myself to lose focus many times over. I've been working through a lot of the mental things involved in weight loss and I really fell I'm ready to seriously take this on.

Anyway, I hope that I can join you all!

Welcome, Melinda! We have a fabulous group..I am impressed and inspired daily by the great things these 40-somethings are doing. It's been noted before that some at this age start acting like "old people" and slowing down while others start becoming more active than when they were younger..join us in being part of the latter group!
