I just typed most of a post, and then I think it just disappeared. Does that ever happen to anyone else?

As I was saying... I try to weigh in weekly, on Monday A.M. and the verdict is 155 lbs, which reflects the fried treats, the cookies, the beer, the general lack of self-discipline.

I am finally back to biking with the Spring weather finally arriving. :) Some hip pain is curtailing my walking and jogging. :(

Thanks to Jennifer and Plainsgirl for showing progress is possible. And also to Heidi for pointing out the value of NSV's.

I know have only myself to point the finger at. And I know my weight contributes to some of the pain (bursitis, tendonitis??) I get with jogging. oh well every new day is a new chance.

Hello, everyone! Went biking today for the first time in forever! It felt really good! I only did 3 1/2 miles before I started feeling winded. I will have to slowly build my strength up again. I love the Spring!

My eating this weekend was not good, but I am on plan so far today.

Hi everybody.....lost it today with my eating..it's becoming harder and harder to stick to Isa gen ix....I have a lot of shakes left so I'm going to try and keep on the wagon. My goal is to finish at 144.4 ........I'm a bit over that now....I was hoping to be 140 but that won't happen.....maybe next challenge......I'm happy for whatever weight I have lost although it doesn't show....

I was at a dance workshop yesterday and I looked frumpy.....hated looking at myself in the mirror....

Zumba I hear you!!! I am totally disgusted how I look. I can't believe that I used to be a 88 pound ballerina at the age of 23. I can not believe I was 96 pounds on my wedding date at the age of 25. I have doubled my weight :(

Scale is being kind to me; 157.2 this am, another 1.2 pounds down...that is 5 lbs in 2 days :dance:

I saw some pictured of myself from last summer. I was around 148 pounds; I did not look that different than I look right now (bad thing). BUT my arms are looking better at 157 lbs vs 148 lbs just after 1 month of weight lifting...I knew I would like the results :D -- But the picture reiterated my goal of 125 (maybe even lower); I have a such petite frame, so all this poundage looks more on me than it would look on someone else :(

I am looking forward to our new challenge and getting closer to my goals.

Argh, I am up to 174.4 this morning and I have no idea why. Feeling bloated and icky, but not TOM. I must be retaining water. I'm going to be super mindful of salt and carbs today and see what the scale says tomorrow for the actual May Day weigh in. Hoping for a mini whoosh to get rid of the bloat!

Waiting on final weigh-in tomorrow but it probably won't be good..still been up and down w/ my behaviors. Will join everyone on the next challenge when I figure out what I want to do...

Ok ladies we have one mre day to this challenge! Lets make it a good one...

My scale today said 146 point something....I'm still under what I started at a month ago so I'm happy I guess. I'm very PMS now, hoping the scale drops a bit after Aunt Flo comes to visit....;) having my two shakes today, healthy snacks and hopefully won't eat like a so wat dinner. Doing Zumba today....maybe a few minutes of kettlebell....
