Also home all day!
Husband and son leave at 7am, son home around 4, husband anywhere from 6-9pm.

I literally have to plan each hour of my day. I have to make a list every morning. I have lists of lists.
I volunteer at a cat shelter three days, two of which I mall walk for an hour and a half before my shift. The mall is really boring, it's hard to walk there more than two or three days a week in the winter. I try to walk in different locations the other days, but with the REALLY cold weather right now some days it's just impossible to walk outside. I totally have to resist temptation to sit on the couch and watch tv all day, especially when it's 18 degrees outside and the wind off the harbor is unbelievable. So, predictably, the winter weight creeps back. I'm starting to use our new rowing machine, recumbent bike and treadmill again until the weather improves. I'm definitely not a public exerciser, I just can't do a gym. I would love to yoga, but can't seem to find anyone with the time to go with me.
