I agree. I'm hesitate to say something to someone because you don't know how they will take it. I'm totally open about my weight challenges so I take comments about my weight loss in stride but you never know with others. I finally decided to mention to a co-worker that she looked great and she was an inspiration and I learned she lost 95 pounds. Trust me, a lot of us noticed, we just didn't want to offend her since she was not someone who discussed anything about diet or losing weight.
